Every student begins by enrolling in our 6-Month Business Credit Academy, where you'll work one-on-one with our team to build a fundable business.
During this phase, you'll learn how to:

🏖️ Phase Two: D&J University Investment Residency (Months 7–12)
After successfully completing the Business Credit Academy, qualifying students may apply for admission into the D&J University Investment Residency Program, located in beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida.
This is where education meets real-world experience.
Students receive hands-on exposure to operating investment properties while learning the day-to-day systems behind short-term rentals, guest experience, property operations, revenue management, and business growth.
The Investment Residency is designed to bridge the gap between learning and doing, giving students practical experience as they prepare to build investment portfolios of their own.
