Thank you for choosing D&J Properties. We sincerely appreciate your business and the opportunity to welcome you back. Please review the following Terms & Conditions before redeeming your Guest Appreciation Voucher.

Voucher Value

The value of your Guest Appreciation Voucher is limited to the benefit specifically stated on the voucher itself.

The voucher may represent, but is not limited to:

• Complimentary lodging
• A lodging credit
• A dollar-value credit
• A promotional offer
• Another guest appreciation benefit determined by D&J Properties

Only the benefit expressly stated on the voucher is included.

Reservation Requirements

All voucher reservations:

• Are subject to availability.
• Must be approved and confirmed by D&J Properties.
• Are not guaranteed until written confirmation is provided.

Submitting a redemption request does not guarantee a reservation.

Guest Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, guests remain responsible for all applicable charges associated with their reservation, including but not limited to:

• Cleaning fees
• Taxes
• Pet fees
• Security deposits
• Resort or HOA fees
• Parking fees
• Optional services
• Pool heating
• Early Check-In
• Late Check-Out
• Any incidental charges

If the cost of the reservation exceeds the value of the voucher, the guest is responsible for paying the remaining balance prior to arrival.

Availability

Voucher redemption is subject to:

• Property availability
• Blackout dates
• Holiday restrictions
• Peak travel seasons
• Minimum stay requirements
• Other booking restrictions that may apply

Certain properties or travel dates may not be eligible for voucher redemption.

Expiration

All vouchers expire on the date shown on the voucher unless otherwise stated in writing by D&J Properties.

Expired vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed.

Non-Transferable

Guest Appreciation Vouchers:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be sold or transferred.
• Cannot be reproduced.
• May only be redeemed by the individual named on the voucher unless otherwise approved by D&J Properties.

One-Time Use

Unless otherwise stated, each voucher:

• May only be redeemed once.
• Cannot be divided into multiple reservations.
• Cannot be exchanged for another offer.

Promotions

Guest Appreciation Vouchers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, referral credits, or special offers unless approved in writing by D&J Properties.

Standard Policies Apply

All voucher reservations remain subject to D&J Properties’ standard:

• Rental Agreement
• House Rules
• Occupancy Limits
• Pet Policies
• Cancellation Policy
• Property Rules
• Community and HOA Rules

Redemption Process

To redeem your voucher:

1. Visit the D&J Properties Guest Portal.
2. Select Redeem Guest Voucher.
3. Complete the Voucher Redemption Form.
4. Enter your voucher information.
5. Submit your preferred travel dates.
6. Our Hospitality Team will contact you after reviewing availability.

Right to Modify

D&J Properties reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any voucher obtained through fraud, misuse, alteration, duplication, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
